As you head into summer, here are a few quick reminders:

 

🚨 IMPORTANT

  • We’re moving roster migration opt-in to next week. Athletic Directors, please watch for that email.
  • Complete your "Before Summer: Confidence Checklist" from last week's email.

⚠️ Schedule Migration

  • To reduce duplicates, some events with details were excluded. Our team will restore any missing details for Fall 2026–27 throughout June.  
  • If something appears missing, you can safely add it back in Arbiter Game—our team will not override existing details.

Use Tournaments in Arbiter Game - 📄VIEW HOW

  • Create one tournament instead of multiple placeholders.  
  • If you are the away team, create a single event to manage transportation, mark “No Officials Required For This Game,” and, if needed, keep the tournament unpublished while publishing only the parent-facing event.
