We’re in the final phase of migration.

 

If you have not yet opted in for rST schedules to be moved into Arbiter Game, please do so to place your data in the import queue. Once submitted, migration takes approximately 5–7 business days. During that time, please pause edits in Activity Scheduler; you can resume and manage updates directly in Arbiter Game once your schedules are available there.

🕰️ What's Next

  • Activity Scheduler retirement: In-product reminders begin next week.  Activity Scheduler (formerly rSchoolToday) will be retired on June 30, 2026, with access removed by July 1, 2026.
  • Export your data: Use our recommended report checklist to retain any historical data you may need. ➡️ CLICK TO VIEW CHECKLIST

  • Live webinar: Join us Wednesday, May 20 at 1 pm MT for a walk through of key reports and live Q&A. REGISTER HERE.  A recording and short, report-specific videos will be shared in next week’s update.

  • Roster Migration Update: To ensure accurate schedule migration, roster opt-in has been slightly delayed. Roster migration is still planned for this summer, and you’ll be able to opt in and map rosters in Arbiter Game for future eligibility and participation tracking. We will provide a confirmed timeline in next week’s update.

We know this is a busy time, and our priority is making sure your data is migrated as accurately as possible while giving you enough time to export anything you need before the platform is retired.

 

As always, we’ll keep you updated weekly as we close out the remaining steps. Watch for the in product pop-ups (within rST's Activity Scheduler) for the latest info.

 

Facility Scheduler Users

If you use Facility Scheduler (FS):

  • Please connect with your FS Admin and provide migration updates (forward this email)
  • FS Admins will need to register for an integration call to review how and when FS will connect with Arbiter Game
