Happy May! As we continue the schedule migration for opted-in schools, we wanted to share a few quick tips based on common questions we’ve received. Your data has been brought over as expected; the notes below highlight how some information was originally entered and what steps we recommend moving forward.

💡 Quick Tips

**Tournaments appear to be missing

Tournaments that were created primarily as placeholders in rSchool with any TBA information were not brought over. Without full event details (no teams and/or sites), these were unable to be migrated.

➡️ What to do:

In Arbiter, select **Add a Tournament Event** to create a single time-blocked placeholder and easily add matchups as details are confirmed—a simpler, more flexible option than separate placeholder events.

**Seeing what looks like duplicate events?

These duplicates come from how events were entered in the previous system—when multiple opponents created the same event with small differences (such as start time or opponent list), multiple versions could migrate over.

➡️ What to do:

Not the Host

Click the red contract icon (no need to open the event)
Select Decline to not accept the contract
Once declined, the event will be removed from your schedule

Host

Open the event and click Delete Game at the bottom

Thankfully, once identified, this cleanup process should be quick and straightforward.
