While editing an event, you will see the following (dates will vary):

🧩 Mapping Tool – Important Dates

✅ Submitted by April 14 → Mappings used during migration
- Ensures the cleanest possible migration.
⚠️ Not submitted by April 14? → April 15 - Migrate using the data we have
- Duplicate events or newly created teams possible, requiring cleanup
